This website, www.coziesleep.com, is operated by CozieSleep ("we", "us", "our"). By visiting our website and/or purchasing something from us, you agree to these Terms of Service, together with our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy and Shipping Policy. Please read them carefully. If you do not agree, please do not use the website or place an order.
Products
CozieSleep sells bedding and sleep accessories, including:
- The CozieSleep Tufted Boho Duvet Cover Set: 1 duvet cover and 2 matching pillowcases, in Twin, Queen, King and California King. A comforter or duvet insert is not included. Sizes are listed as cover dimensions on the product page.
- The CozieSleep Sleep Mask.
We do our best to display product colors and details accurately, but colors may vary slightly depending on your screen.
Orders
By placing an order, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and complete and that you are at least the age of majority in your state, province or territory of residence. All orders are subject to availability and acceptance. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, for example in case of a pricing error, suspected fraud or if a product is no longer available. If we cancel an order after you have been charged, we will refund the full amount to your original payment method.
Prices and payment
Prices are shown in US dollars for US addresses and in Canadian dollars for Canadian addresses; the currency of your order is shown at checkout. Bundle discounts, when offered, are applied automatically in the cart. We may change prices and promotions at any time, but changes do not affect orders that have already been placed. Payments are processed by our payment providers; we do not store your full payment card details.
Shipping
We ship to addresses in the United States and Canada. Shipping costs, processing times and delivery estimates are described in our Shipping Policy. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.
Returns and refunds
You can request a return or exchange within 14 days of receiving your order, as described in our Refund Policy.
Use of our website
You agree not to use the website for any unlawful purpose, not to interfere with its security or operation, and not to copy, reproduce or resell any part of the website or its content without our written permission.
