Shipping & delivery

Is shipping free?
Yes. Standard shipping with tracking is free on every order to the United States and Canada.

How long does delivery take?
Orders ship the next business day (Monday to Friday). Delivery then takes 6–10 business days. You'll get a tracking number by email once your order ships, and you can follow it on our Track your order page.

Do you ship to Canada?
Yes. Prices for Canadian addresses are shown in Canadian dollars at checkout. See our Shipping policy for details.

Duvet cover set

What's included?
Every Tufted Boho Duvet Cover Set includes 1 duvet cover and 2 matching pillowcases. A comforter or duvet insert is not included.

Which size should I choose?
Pick the cover size that matches your duvet insert (usually the size of your mattress: Twin, Queen, King or California King). The size guide on the product page shows the exact dimensions in inches and cm.

Do you offer bundle discounts?
Yes. Buy 2 duvet cover sets and save 15%, or buy 3 and save 20%. The discount is applied automatically in your cart, and you can mix colors and sizes.

Sleep mask

Will the sleep mask fit me?
The CozieSleep Mask is one size fits most, with an adjustable strap for a comfortable fit.

Can I return a sleep mask?
Sleep masks can be returned within 14 days if they are unused and in their original packaging, as described in our Refund policy.

Returns & exchanges

Can I return or exchange my order?
Yes. You can request a return or exchange within 14 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused, unwashed and undamaged. Return shipping is paid by the customer, unless your package arrived damaged. Read the full Refund policy.

My package arrived damaged. What now?
Email us within 14 days of delivery at support@coziesleep.com, with photos if possible, and we'll send you a replacement free of charge.
